Katy Youth Care is committed to providing a rehabilitative, trauma-informed environment for at-risk youth ages 10–17. Our mission is centered on stabilizing, supporting, and preparing young people for success by integrating compliance-driven operations with evidence-based therapeutic care.
As a General Residential Operation (GRO) functioning as a Residential Treatment Center (RTC), we deliver 24/7 residential care, treatment services, and therapeutic interventions for young men who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or have complex behavioral health needs.

Safe, structured, family-like living environment with awake overnight supervision, nutritious meals, transportation, and personal care support.
Equine & Agricultural Therapy
Structured interactions with horses and hands-on agricultural training to build emotional regulation, self-confidence, empathy, and vocational skills.
Case Management
Individualized service plan development, coordination with DFPS caseworkers, educational advocacy, and comprehensive discharge and transition planning.
Educational Support
Immediate school enrollment, IEP/504 plan coordination, homework assistance, tutoring, educational advocacy, and GED preparation as appropriate.
Life Skills & Mentorship
Financial literacy, cooking, household management, communication skills, martial arts training, and mentorship through community partnerships.
